Refund Policy

DONATION REFUND POLICY

Equality Case Files thanks you for your generosity in supporting our work. If you inadvertently donated an amount different from what you intended, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the donation, and we will adjust your donation to the amount you intended.

To request an adjustment, please Contact Us with “Refunds” in the subject line. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment, except cash donations will be returned via check. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
